Modern living along a historic corridor

CIRC added more residential units to the walkable, vibrant and dense Fan District. We had eyed this site for a better use, as the building sits on what used to be a parking lot. CIRC is above two levels of podium parking and rises five stories. The zoning designation permitted a greater height, but the team decided an attractive rate of return could be achieved without maximizing this allowance (know your limits). Fountainhead also recognized the importance of engaging City Council and the neighborhood association to build consensus and come up with a development compatible to the neighborhood.
