Completed in 2002, Plant Zero was Fountainhead’s first venture in Manchester. Identifying the untapped potential in this historic area of Richmond, Virginia, our vision was to sculpt the landscape in a way that would create a catalyst for growth. The ethos of Fountainhead is centered around our commitment to the betterment and long-term success of the environments we shape. As hands-on developers who are truly devoted to improved housing in the city of Richmond, we listen to the streets and respond by repositioning properties to their highest and best use. This was the impetus to plans for Plant Zero’s future.
