A new addition to Richmond’s skyline

This extension of The Locks development sits adjacent to the adaptive reuse portion of the project downtown.  Though the site appears a challenge with traffic flow issues and demand for commercial space on Hull Street, Fountainhead was able to get the project up off the ground signing on C&F Bank as the anchor tenant to add to the downtown mix. The luxury apartments are designed to have riverfront views. The tower also includes nine penthouse apartments.
