The Nest is a new addition to one of Richmond’s booming residential and historically industrial districts. The construction project includes a leasing office, a workspace component, street-level retail, and two levels of podium parking, one of which is below grade. As one of the taller buildings in Scott’s Addition, it features a rooftop terrace pool. This $21 million project was completed in 2020.
